1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, body weight logs, nutrition logs, workout data, and fitness goals. We also collect usage data including session activity and feature interactions.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Your data is used solely to provide AI coaching, track your fitness progress, and personalize your experience. We use your body weight, workout history, and nutrition logs to generate coaching responses via the Anthropic Claude API.
3. DATA SHARING
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Anthropic (Claude API) to generate coaching responses — governed by Anthropic's privacy policy
- Supabase (database infrastructure) — governed by Supabase's privacy policy
- Vercel (hosting) — governed by Vercel's privacy policy
4. DATA RETENTION
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing privacy@hypertrophyos.com.
5. SECURITY
We use industry-standard encryption and secure infrastructure to protect your data.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Hypertrophy OS is not intended for users under 18 years of age.
7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy and will notify users of material changes via email.
