Access to Hypertrophy OS requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer the AI coaching system, share your account credentials, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

The service is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding specific fitness outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, adherence, and other factors outside our control.

Hypertrophy OS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
